Who we are
What we do
Founded by a team of meditation teachers, businesspeople, and industry experts, meditatehere was created to deliver the benefits of meditation to remote workers.
Why remote workers? Because the pandemic accelerated a profound change in where people work and they discovered a new freedom that worked better for themselves, their families, and their overall wellbeing. Things will never fully return to the old ways.
This shift has to remote has driven profound changes in what people expect from their work: more flexibility, more connection to what is important in their lives, and a much higher expectation around wellbeing --- specifically, mental wellness.
But while hundreds of millions of people around the world are now remote workers - and loving it - remote work also comes with its own wellbeing challenges.
Specifically, remote work brings challenges around isolation, loneliness, and difficulty in balancing work and personal life, which can lead to stress, depression, and anxiety. Whether people are looking to maintain strong mental health; find a way to focus more clearly on their work; or just want to feel better overall - our app delivers the benefits of meditation to all remote workers including 100% remote, hybrid, and digital nomads.
We serve companies and remote-working individuals in all major industries, including finance, investment, real-estate, media, software, fashion, retail, and more. Beyond our app for individuals, we engage with company leaders to design custom programs for companies.
Finally, we embrace the value of community and meditation through live Zoom meditation sessions led by world class teachers. It's better together.

How does meditation feel?
People use a range of words to describe what meditation feels like, including calm, serene, peaceful, and even blissful. Sometimes it feels like absolutely nothing, which may be best of all. The simple idea is that if you can stop the cacophony of your interior monologue, your “thinking,” for even a millisecond, you can start to derive benefits, which may be subtle at first, but grow as you practice.
